Day 1

Cusco – Aguas Calientes

Living from Cusco in the morning, we will travel by bus (2 hours) to Ollantaytambo Train station and take our train to Aguas Calientes (about 2 hours ride). With beautiful scenery throughout the journey, arriving at Aguas Calientes and after checking in your hotel, you will have the afternoon free. As optional activity, passengers can visit the town’s Natural Hot Spring pool or you can visit the Machu Picchu museum and orchid exhibition which is a 35 minute walk outside of the village. Overnight at the Hotel in Aguas Calientes.

Day 2

Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Cusco

After the Breakfast we will take bus to Machu Picchu sanctuary arriving there. We will enjoy a guided tour for 2 hours. After that, we will have the opportunity to freely explore the wonderful lost city of the Incas. After our visit we will go back to Aguas Calientes, where we can enjoy a relaxing bath at the local hot spring. In the afternoon we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and bus to Cusco. (B.)
