Tour Planing:

Cusco – Chachabamba – Wiñaywayna – Aguas Calientes

Early in the morning we will pick up from your hotel and transport to the Train Station at Ollantaytambo, where we will take the train to Km 104. Along the way we will see beautiful landscapes, mountains and valleys, especially the Sacred Valley. Once we arrive to Km 104 we will be close to the principal gate in order to check in and start our big adventure to Machu Picchu and then we set out on our trek visiting the Chachabamba archaeological site. After that, we will ascend slowly for about 3 hours to the fascinating archeological center of Wiñaywayna, where we will enjoy it is charms and eat our box lunch. After we will continue through the semi-tropical forest to Intipunku or Sun Gate, where we will appreciate the first panoramic view of the citadel of Machu Picchu, lately we will continue our hike to Machu Picchu and take the bus to Aguas Calientes, where we will spend the night in a Hotel. Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu – Aguas Calientes – Cusco

After the Breakfast we will take bus to Machu Picchu sanctuary arriving there. We will enjoy a guided tour for 2 hours. After that, we will have the opportunity to freely explore the wonderful lost city of the Incas. After our visit we will go back to Aguas Calientes, where we can enjoy a relaxing bath at the local hot spring. In the afternoon we will take the train back to Cusco. (B.)

For the Inca Trail a trekking permit is required. The spaces are very limited, make your reservation 4 months in advance
